Matt Milletto of Water Ave Coffee is an Oregonian, entrepreneur, and conservationist. Growing up fishing with his dad connected him to the value of water early on in his life. Decades later as a business owner, he understands that it’s the Pacific Northwest’s abundance of quality water that supports his dream of roasting some of the most flavorful and unique coffee in Oregon. Milletto currently sits on The Headwaters Council, a group of emerging leaders who share and support the mission of The Freshwater Trust.
