McCailin Wunder
Freshwater Fund Associate Director

McCailin joins The Freshwater Trust with nearly five years of experience in nonprofit and higher education fundraising. Beginning her development career at the University of Virginia, McCailin specialized in securing private and public support for university arts programs. A Portland native, her passion for environmental conservation manifests from her formative experiences as an Outdoor School Student Leader at the Sandy River site and as an educator for the Oregon Zoo. As the Freshwater Fund Associate Director, McCailin connects philanthropic passions to TFT’s mission of preserving and restoring waterways. McCailin earned her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from the University of Oregon and enjoys traveling, eating food, and hiking.
