Primozich Elected to Field to Market Board of Directors

The Freshwater Trust’s Senior Ecosystems Services Director, David Primozich, was elected to Field to Market’s Board of Directors. Primozich will serve a three-year term as a representative from the conservation sector, and will focus on cooperative solutions that deliver environmental, social and economic benefits.

“I am very honored to be chosen for the board of an organization that has done so much to advance the sustainability of commodity crop production. I look forward to working with farmers and businesses to tackle important environmental issues like solving regional water quality problems by working with farmers to reduce sediment, phosphorus, nitrogen, and pesticide loads from U.S. cropland,” said Primozich.

Field to Market: The Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture brings together a diverse group of grower organizations; agribusinesses; food, beverage, restaurant and retail companies; conservation groups; universities and public sector partners to focus on defining, measuring and advancing the sustainability of food, fiber and fuel production.
