Stasia Brownell is a Senior Manager of Utility Partnerships at 3Degrees, a BCorp that works with organizations to build and implement customized renewable energy and carbon mitigation strategies, products and programs. In her role, she works with gas and electric utilities to help deliver renewable energy and carbon offset programs to their residential and commercial customers.
Akbar is the Founder and President of SEAMUS GOLF, maker of craft accessories for the finest golf destinations in the world, including Bandon Dunes, Pebble Beach, Royal Dornoch and Pinehurst.
Belton is an independent consultant bringing investment management and finance expertise to mission-driven organizations. Patrick is a Commercial Insurance Broker at Parker Smith & Feek based out of their Portland, OR office, and he primarily focuses on serving and collaborating with clients in commercial real estate, but also has a diverse amount of experience working in a variety of business verticals, such as manufacturing, timberland investment, not-for-profits, and construction/development. Founded in 1937, Parker Smith & Feek is one of the 55 largest insurance brokerage firms in the nation based out of Bellevue, Washington.
Iván Resendiz Gutierrez
Iván Resendiz Gutierrez is a litigation attorney with Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP, assisting clients with complex civil matters, including appeals and corporate governance and shareholder disputes. Iván is a proud “Double Duck”; he earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Oregon before receiving his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. Iván is highly engaged in several community and professional organizations, currently serving as the president of the Oregon Hispanic Bar Association and a member on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Services of Oregon and the Oregon Law Center.
Sam works as an Oregon broker for Live Water Properties, a brokerage firm specializing in premium, conservation-quality, recreation ranch and working ranch properties. As a native Oregonian and avid outdoorsman, Sam has utilized many of the great places in this state to recreate. He is excited and honored to support an organization like TFT that has such a successful record of enhancing and preserving our all-important watersheds.
Jesse is the winemaker and GM at his family’s Lange Estate Winery, founded in 1987. Jesse has also served on several industry boards including: President of Oregon Pinot Camp, President of the Dundee Hills Winegrowers Association, board of Willamette Valley Winegrowers Association, and Yamhill County Water and Soil Conservation District.
Lars Lider is the CFO of Machine Sciences Corporation, a leader in complex, high tolerance, CNC machining who partners with industry disruptors to manufacture the technologies of tomorrow.
Michelle is the founder and Creative Director at Morning Assembly, a design + branding studio that works with companies to create, establish and define their visual identities.
Matt Milletto grew up around the coffee industry and has worked in coffee steadily for the last twenty years and has helped hundreds of small and large coffee businesses open up and succeed around the world. In addition to his role as CEO/Founder of Water Avenue Coffee, Matt runs operations at Bellissimo Coffee Advisors with his father, where he serves as vice president and co-owner. Matt is also the current President of the Oregon Coffee Board.
Mary Moerlins is the Community Affairs and Environmental Programs Manager at NW Natural, a Portland based regional natural gas utility. Here, Mary works to cultivate and grow sustainable and socially responsible practices, operations and programs.
Ryland Moore is a principal owner and leads business development for Arnerich Massena’s Wealth Management and Endowment Foundation practices. His focus is in private equity and impact investments focused on water, agriculture and renewable energy technology assets. Arnerich Massena is one of the leading investment advisory firms in the Western US.

An award-winning writer and editor, Nick Parish helps lead Uncorked Studios’ practice as its Director of Product Strategy. Previously, Parish led strategic consultancy and brand intelligence publisher Contagious as President, Americas, and is the author of 2015’s Cool Code Bro: Brogrammers, Geek Anxiety and the New Tech Elite.
Julia Person is the Corporate Sustainability Manager with Craft Brew Alliance, a leader in brewing, branding and bringing to market world class beers such as Widmer Brothers and Kona Brewing.
Brenna Rauw is the founder and managing director of 12Bridge, a healthcare venture accelerator focused on bioscience startups. She brings a strategic focus to an entrepreneur’s challenges, having advised policymakers, investors, and biopharmaceutical manufacturers on strategy and innovation as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in New York. She has managed operations and investments for Columbia Technology Ventures, the University of California, OHSU, and VectorPoint Ventures.
Michael Richardson is the VP of Publisher Products at Xandr, part of AT&T. He grew up in rural Oregon and Idaho, on the Zumwalt Prairie and next to the Weiser River in Council Valley, Idaho. After attending Reed College and studying predictive models of voter turnout in local elections, he focused on honing his coding skills and eventually cofounded Urban Airship. He took on many different roles at Urban Airship, including opening up the European offices in London. He later left Urban Airship to join AppNexus, the second largest global advertising exchange, which was acquired by AT&T in 2018. Michael lives in Portland with his wife and two daughters, and spends as much time as possible working in the garden with his family.
Shea Washington, originally from California, moved up to Oregon and grew up on the McKenzie River. Long days floating, fishing and exploring made an undeniable impact and have solidified his desire to see our region preserve and restore freshwater ecosystems. In his professional world, Shea works for Slalom Consulting, solving complex business problems and delivering People, Process and Tool solutions to Portland Metro area organizations. When not working, Shea can be found hanging out reading, walking or dancing with his favorite people – his two kids Reese and Miles.
