Spencer Sawaske

Spencer comes to The Freshwater Trust with a wealth of knowledge about hydrological processes. Spencer holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering  from The University of California, Berkeley and a Ph.D in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. As The Freshwater Trust’s staff hydrologist and flow monitoring technician, he supports the organization through analysis of hydrological data and by collecting and analyzing streamflow data to quantify the effects of restoration projects. When not in the field on assignment, Spencer can be found on a river or in the woods with his family.
