The Freshwater Trust is focused on the next generation of conservation tools to solve the toughest water challenges ahead, and we see an opportunity to foster new partnerships, ideas, and outcomes by bringing aligned innovators into our office. The right partners to join us in our new office will be aligned businesses in the social impact, philanthropy, finance, or conservation community.

Our newly furnished, bright, modern brick-and-beam open floor plan includes access to a secure bike room and multiple shower rooms, private conference and phone rooms, an executive conference room, game room, and a kitchen stocked with coffee and tea.

The United Carriage Building is centrally located in downtown Portland for meetings and close to parking and transit lines.

Desk space can be rented for $325 a month, and a rate for renting multiple together is negotiable.​ Cost and terms are flexible as our priority is to ensure this partnership is mutually beneficial and mission forward.
