Virtual Watershed Tours

Virtual Watershed Tours have been developed by The Freshwater Trust in partnership with watershed councils, student interns and a variety of local partners. Virtual tours were initially created to support The Freshwater Trust’s 1000 Drops curriculum. The purpose of the tours is to help students gain an ecological, historical, and holistic appreciation of their local watershed before even stepping foot outside of their classroom. The tours are designed to prepare students to get outside and investigate their home waters.
