Habitat Restoration

Our river systems are the backbone of agriculture, industry and recreation. Yet, in Oregon and across the United States, we have thousands of miles of degraded rivers and streams. We need action, not regulations. That’s why at The Freshwater Trust, we engage in on-the-ground restoration work that benefits both fish and communities. For all of our projects, we source local supplies and contractors, providing the ingredients for restoration-based economies.
